THIS PRESENT MOMENT

My book is a book of high resolution photographs ( taken by me, all original ) and prose /poetry.
It is called, ‘ This Present Moment’
It is available in either soft or hard cover and measures 8 x 11 inches with 47 pages.

I have found that other than just browsing through, the best way to use this book as a tool in your life, is to flick through the pages every morning and see which one opens.
Then take in the photo, its colours, emotional resonance and ise the words that accompany it as your daily mantra.
